We sincerely apologize if our product did not meet your expectations. Your satisfaction is very important to us. This Exchange and Return Policy has been designed to ensure a smooth, fair, and transparent process for all customers.

At Odour.pk, our return policy follows the Sunnah. We accept returns for perfumes that you are not satisfied with. We kindly request your patience, as each request is reviewed carefully.

Requests are processed within 5–6 working days.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase.

Perfumes must have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle and must be returned in their original condition.

Returns and exchanges are applicable only for 6ML and 10ML roll-ons, and 50ML or 100ML perfume bottles.

Returns and exchanges cannot be accommodated for waxes, candles, body mists, car fresheners, air fresheners, mystery fragrances, 15ML twisters, decant organizers, sample traveling pouches, or 5ML spray testers.

This policy is applicable only to online purchases.

If the cellophane, tester, or box is missing, or if the box is damaged beyond the condition in which it was sent, a small deduction may apply. In the case of perfumes, a small fee applies if the product has been used up to 10%. No charges apply for negligible usage. If more than 10% of the product has been used, the return will not be eligible.

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please ensure the product meets the following checklist. Any applicable deductions will be applied accordingly:

Cellophane: Rs. 20
Box: Rs. 50
Tester: Rs. 30
Perfume juice used up to 10%: Rs. 20
